The Bacchus cellar, opened in 1994, has become the Bacchus Opera, after being brought up to standard and given a dazzling facelift. The new owner, Frédéric, and his manager, Eva, act as a link between the winegrowers and their customers, acting as “ambassadors” of know-how, with genuine esteem for their trade and for each and every craftsman. In the spirit of a flea market, you’re invited to come and rummage through all the cellar’s treasures, and maybe even leave with a beautifully renovated piece of furniture, on sale in the boutique.
Fresh, ready-to-eat white wines and crémants are available, as well as a selection of top-of-the-range dishes, such as products from Maison Kaviari, Bellota Iberian ham and Corsican charcuterie.
