“Born and raised in Mulhouse, Alsace, I first worked for a subsidiary of the Bouygues group before meeting my partner. It was when our eldest children were born that we found ourselves by chance in the same maternity room. Our shared passion for wine led us to set up the Fédération Culturelle des Vins de France in 1997, which today brings together over 1,000 club members throughout France. We took over La Closerie in 2006 and have continued to undertake projects, such as the recent extension of La Quille in Mulhouse, to develop gastronomic venues in the Mulhouse region.”
