At La Marande restaurant, enjoy seasonal cuisine, orchestrated with originality and expertise by Chef Philippe Michel, Maître Cuisinier de France. Maître Cuisinier de France, Chef Philippe Michel has been directing the kitchens of his restaurant since 2001. He trained with prestigious names in gastronomy such as Gérard Besson, Pierre Gagnaire, Pierre Hermé, and Georges Wenger. With this solid experience and as a custodian of a culinary tradition combining expertise and discipline, he now delivers inspired cuisine, crafted with respect for seasons and products.
With his gourmet restaurant in Burgundy, which he runs with his wife Elisabeth, the chef has gradually built a fine reputation, which earned him a star in the 2014 Michelin Guide and mentions in several other guides.
