An open-hearted bar
La Folie is an ideal meeting place for Colmarians in search of new gustatory and human experiences. The bar offers a wide selection of wines and about 20 gins on the menu. Those who prefer soft drinks are not left out with the Symples range of iced teas, Lisbeth products and Borderline fruit juices from Strasbourg. And those with a small appetite will be able to enjoy cheese and cold cuts, homemade olive tapenade, sausage and country terrine.
