Delicatessen, in-home chef and catering service, Saveurs et Terroir focuses on the variety and quality of its products. Cheeses, fine meats, fish and seafood (home-smoked), groceries of all kinds, Grands Crus from Alsace and wines from elsewhere (Faugères, Minervois, …), spirits and soft drinks, bakery products from L’Enfariné (Kaysersberg) and Maison Hirose (Colmar), and much more.
With a singular focus on seafood, Saveurs et Terroir processes fish from François Guidat (Orbey) and Reynaud (Rungis) to create a number of dishes, including the must-try salmon pâté!
