Mr Coco

Since 2014, Corentin has been passionate about chocolate and has made his passion his profession. He began his apprenticeship as a chocolatier at Chocolaterie Panel in Grigny and created his first Instagram page, Frchocolatier, to share his creations.

Over the years, Corentin has traveled the world to discover new chocolate horizons, from Dubai to Brazil to Japan. Eventually, he found his dream job on board MSC cruises, where he ran three chocolate shops on three different ships owned by Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Jean-Philippe Maury. During these three years of sailing, he trained teams, managed suppliers and stock, and created numerous artistic chocolate pieces on the theme of the sea.

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic put an end to Corentin’s adventure as a chocolatier aboard cruise ships. Back in his hometown of Vienna, he decided to set up a mobile creperie-chocolaterie on a cart that he moved around the city. He created the Instagram page Mr Coco and his specialty, ChocoTamar, quickly became a big hit. In the wake of new government restrictions linked to the pandemic, he decided to put an end to his itinerant cart and set up an online mini chocolate shop.
