A Taste for Good Products
Born into a family from the South of France, Mr Angelo Bonnaval has always cultivated a taste for good food and the conviviality so typical of this region of France. Guided by his passion for gastronomy, and more particularly for aperitifs, he founded the Luxembourg company Les Saveurs d’Antan in 2009.
Through the local products he carefully selects, he aims to promote local traditions and know-how. It attaches major importance not only to product quality and traceability, but also to production processes that respect the environment and animal welfare. He prefers labelled and/or certified organic products.
