Celebrating its 3rd birthday on November 26, l’Atelier de Yann, founded by Yann Navarro and his partner Virginie Cartin, is a Colmar address not to be missed.

Here, everything is done transparently: the production area behind the store is visible from the dining room, so that all customers can observe in real time the work of the 10 people busy in the Atelier.
Yann Navarro holds a master’s degree and has a wealth of experience at Jacques in Mulhouse and Gilg in Munster. Today, he passes on his passion for pastry-making through regular classes for children and adults at l’Atelier.
