“My name is Serge Piazzon, I’m 49 years old and I’m an architect. I was born in Colmar and have been cradled by my Italy and my France since birth. Alsace is a bit like the center of my world. I collect classic cars, and this passion has allowed me to discover the good food typical of the countries and regions I’ve visited. Far from being a specialist in either wine or cuisine, I’m a lover of good things in the epicurean sense of the word, and I like to let myself be guided by passionate friends. I like to be surprised, and for me everything is good as long as it’s authentic!
