De twee oprichters, die een amateurbrouwersachtergrond hebben en ervaring hebben opgedaan in andere Elzasser brouwerijen, lanceerden dit project met de ambitie om een warme en toegankelijke ruimte te cre\u00ebren, waar de kwaliteit en originaliteit van de bieren op de voorgrond staan.\n\nRoue Libre biedt een breed assortiment ambachtelijke bieren, met recepten die voortdurend worden aangepast aan de wensen van de brouwers.
