Later ging hij werken bij Le Petit Prince met Laurent Haller in Habsheim en daarna bij Le 7e Continent in Rixheim. Daarna opende hij Le Petit Paris in Mulhouse met zijn teamgenoot, chef-kok Lo\u00efc Paugain, voordat hij overstapte naar Patisserie Dany Husser in Guebwiller, waar hij een zoet en hartig menu aanbiedt.\n\nIn 2012 zette de familie gerunde patisserie een nieuwe stap door een winkel te openen in Mulhouse.
