Het is doordrenkt van de gedachten van de toegewijde ingenieur Claude Bourguignon en verrijkt met de lessen van Fran\u00e7ois Bouchet en Pierre Masson, evenals de acties van de MABD (Mouvement de l'Agriculture Bio-Dynamique). Halverwege ligt het domein op de sub-Vosgische heuvels van Zellenberg.
