Hier zijn het alleen veganistische gerechten die de menu's accentueren. Alles is zelfgemaakt van verse kwaliteitsproducten, meestal biologisch en lokaal. Mensen komen voor lunch of diner, om gerechten te proeven die rijk zijn aan smaken, en zelfs in de middag om te genieten van een gastronomische pauze. Want het etablissement staat ook bekend om zijn veganistische gebakjes (soms glutenvrij).
