Ons doel is om een lokaal, biologisch product te produceren dat korte circuits, uitwisselingen en menselijke relaties stimuleert.\nOp deze manier hopen we bij te dragen aan de revitalisering van onze mooie Bourgondische regio en het toch al grote aanbod van ambachtelijke producten in het Pays d'Othe te vergroten.  Waar mogelijk werken we met leveranciers zo dicht mogelijk bij onze brouwerij.\nWe gaan lokale partnerschappen aan voor de lange termijn, bijvoorbeeld voor onze verpakking, de recyclage van onze gebruikte granen, onze etiketten, enz.
