Con un terroir argillo-calcareo che non soffre di siccit\u00e0, i vini sono fini, rinfrescanti ed equilibrati, con una buona acidit\u00e0. Oltre ai Grands Crus, la tenuta offre vini di terroir provenienti da 3 lieux-dits. Il Burg si trova ai piedi dello Ch\u00e2teau du Reichenberg, vicino al Grand Cru Kanzlerberg, un terroir fresco e tardivo di marna pesante, ideale per il Riesling. Lo Schofweg \u00e8 un terroir con la stessa composizione di marna, calcare e arenaria del Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim, dove cresce un Pinot Grigio molto ricco.
