20 macellai, salumieri e ristoratori\ndella Meurthe & Moselle e dei Vosgi.<\/h3>\nI tre obiettivi dell'Acad\u00e9mie Gourmande\n<ul>\n \t<li>La promozione di prodotti di macelleria e gastronomia artigianale di alta gamma e innovativi realizzati dai suoi membri.<\/li>\n \t<li>Formazione dei membri su nuove tecniche, igiene e alimentazione.<\/li>\n \t<li>Trasmettere le competenze tradizionali a giovani studenti macellai, salumieri e ristoratori.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n \t<\/li><li>  Partecipiamo anche a numerosi eventi culinari come concorsi, fiere e altri festival gastronomici regionali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>E non dimentichiamo il nostro tradizionale E.X.C.U.S.E., la specialit\u00e0 effimera dei Chaircuitiers, ideata e realizzata dagli Accademici e proposta ogni anno dal 6 dicembre al 6
