Nuestro vi\u00f1edo se extiende a lo largo de 14 hect\u00e1reas, todas ellas en la Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Controlada (AOC). Los extraordinarios terru\u00f1os y el excepcional microclima de nuestra regi\u00f3n nos permiten cultivar toda la gama de vinos de Alsacia, incluidos tres Grands Crus (Eicheberg, Pfersigberg y Steinert), dos Cr\u00e9mants (blanco y rosado), vinos de vendimia tard\u00eda y S\u00e9lections de Grains Nobles. Las uvas recogidas a mano se prensan en una prensa neum\u00e1tica, la vinificaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa en una cuba de acero inoxidable con temperatura controlada, y los vinos se maduran en toneles de madera de casi un siglo de antig\u00fcedad.
