Desde el principio, la cervecer\u00eda ha hecho hincapi\u00e9 en el uso de materias primas locales y ecol\u00f3gicas, contribuyendo as\u00ed al desarrollo de la industria cervecera en Alsacia y Lorena. En concreto, han trabajado con productores locales para obtener malta ecol\u00f3gica y l\u00fapulo alsaciano.\n\nLa f\u00e1brica de cerveza est\u00e1 firmemente comprometida con la econom\u00eda local y la sostenibilidad.
