Tristan Weinling y Camille Besson se han mudado de ciudad, pero ellos y su equipo siguen cuidando con esmero a sus clientes y los productos que utilizan. Adem\u00e1s de sus productores locales, tambi\u00e9n tienen un peque\u00f1o huerto donde cultivan hierbas y flores arom\u00e1ticas, y compostan sus residuos alimentarios.\nA la carta, un men\u00fa \u00fanico de 7 pasos que se explica en el momento de la degustaci\u00f3n. Este programa de curiosidades (adaptado a dietas y alergias) pone de relieve el talento de Tristan en la cocina. Originario de La Reuni\u00f3n, nunca duda en hacer las maletas con productos confidenciales de su isla natal para incluirlos en sus platos.
