La cocina del sencillo pero moderno restaurante Munster te transporta a un momento de puro placer.\n\nAntes de instalarse en Munster, Olivier Lamard estudi\u00f3 en establecimientos estrella de la regi\u00f3n: el Nouvelle Auberge en Wihr-au Val, La Table du Gourmet en Riquewihr y en Julien Binz en Ammerschwihr.\n\nLa experiencia del Chef y su deseo de hacer hermosos platos lo llevan a la cocina francesa moderna trabajada con productos finos franceses y locales, colaborando en particular con queseros, un piscicultor, una helader\u00eda y un criador del Valle de Munster.
