Estamos situados en el Parque Natural Regional de Lorena (PNR de Lorraine), muy cerca de la costa de Toul. Son cervezas de guarda, llamadas \"vivas\", que no se pasteurizan ni se filtran, y que se cierran en la botella. Por eso recomendamos conservarlas en posici\u00f3n vertical, en un lugar fresco, fuera de la luz solar directa. En el fondo de la botella se forma un dep\u00f3sito natural de levadura. Esto es bueno para tu salud, pero te recomendamos que evites verterlo en tu vaso, por el bien del sabor y el color de la cerveza. As\u00ed que no dudes en guardar tu cerveza en posici\u00f3n vertical en la bodega durante unos meses antes de beberla, \u00a1ya que mejorar\u00e1 con el tiempo!
