These general terms and conditions of use apply to all websites (hereinafter \"the Sites\"), mobile and tablet applications (hereinafter \"the Applications\") and\/or their localized versions, published by Food and Good SAS (or referred to as Food&Good in the document).<\/p>\n

Users declare that they have obtained all necessary information from Food and Good SAS before accessing the services offered by the Sites and\/or Applications and unreservedly agree to these terms and conditions of use.<\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) define the rules for using the Food&Good RESA platform, which allows users to reserve a table at a partner restaurant.<\/p>\n

2. Service offered<\/h3>\n

\nThe platform allows users to
\n:- search for a
\nrestaurant \u2013 check
\navailability \u2013 reserve a table online
\n\u2013 modify or
\ncancel a reservation \u2013 leave a review after their visit.<\/p>\n

Food&Good acts solely as a technical intermediary between the restaurant and the user.<\/p>\n

3. Reservations<\/h3>\n

\nWhen making a reservation, the user must provide accurate
\ninformation:- last name \u2013 first
\nname- phone
\nnumber- valid
\nemail address- number of people-
\ndietary preferences and allergens<\/p>\n

\nThe restaurant may refuse or cancel a reservation in particular in the event
\nof:-
\nincorrect information \u2013
\nabuse of reservations \u2013 failure to comply with the restaurant's
\nterms and conditions \u2013 dietary preferences and allergens that cannot be met<\/p>\n

4. Cancellation or modification<\/h3>\n

\nUsers may cancel or modify their reservations via
\n:- the link received by email
\n\u2013 the reservation
\narea \u2013 by telephone with the restaurant
\nCancellation deadlines may vary depending on the restaurant.<\/p>\n

5. No-show<\/h3>\n

\nIf the user does not show up for their reservation without prior cancellation, the restaurant may apply
\n:- cancellation
\nfees \u2013 a charge to the user's
\ncredit card \u2013 refusal of future reservations.<\/p>\n

6. Payment or prepayment<\/h3>\n

\nSome restaurants may request
\n:- a credit
\ncard imprint \u2013 a
\ndeposit valid until the reservation date \u2013
\nprepayment \u2013 a down payment.
\nThese payments are processed by secure service providers.<\/p>\n

7. Reviews and comments<\/h3>\n

\nUsers may post reviews after their visit.
\nThey agree to post content
\nthat is:-
\nsincere \u2013 respectful
\n\u2013 non-defamatory.<\/p>\n

Food&Good reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content.<\/p>\n

8. Liability<\/h3>\n

Food&Good acts solely as a technical intermediary.<\/p>\n

\nThe company is not responsible
\nfor:- the quality of the
\nrestaurant's service \u2013 the prices
\ncharged \u2013 changes or cancellations made by the restaurant<\/p>\n

9. Personal data<\/h3>\n

\nPersonal data is used to
\n:- manage reservations
\n\u2013 send confirmations
\n\u2013 improve the service
\n\u2013 provide information about the
\nestablishment's services \u2013 send reasonable commercial information about the establishment or Food&Good via email.<\/p>\n

\nUsers have the right
\nto:- access
\n\u2013
\nrectify \u2013 delete<\/p>\n

10. Privacy Policy<\/h3>\n

\nFood&Good implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.<\/p>\n

10.b Cookies<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe platform uses cookies for
\n:- the functioning of the site
\n\u2013
\nstatistics \u2013 improving the user experience.<\/p>\n

Users can manage their cookie preferences via their browser.<\/p>\n

11. Applicable law<\/h3>\n

\nUse of the Food&Good RESA service implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions of use.
\nThese terms and conditions are governed by French law.
\nIn the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
\nIf no agreement can be reached, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Food&Good SAS at the time the dispute arises.<\/p>\n

NO-SHOW POLICY \u2013 BANK IMPRINT \u2013 CANCELLATION<\/h2>\n

These terms and conditions may be displayed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

1 \u2013 Reservation policy<\/h3>\n

\nIn order to guarantee table availability and avoid no-shows, certain reservations may require
\n:- a
\ncredit card imprint \u2013 a deposit valid until
\nthe date of the
\nreservation \u2013 prepayment \u2013 a down payment<\/p>\n

2 \u2013 Credit card imprint<\/h3>\n

A credit card imprint may be requested at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

\nThis allows the restaurant to charge fees in the event
\nof:- late
\ncancellation \u2013 no-show<\/p>\n

3 \u2013 Cancellation<\/h3>\n

\nReservations can be canceled free of charge up to a certain time specified at the time of booking.
\nAfter this time, fees may apply.<\/p>\n

4 \u2013 No-show<\/h3>\n

\nIn the event of a no-show without prior cancellation
\n:- the restaurant may charge a fee per person reserved
\n.- The amount is indicated at the time of booking<\/p>\n

5 \u2013 Payments<\/h3>\n

\nPayments are processed via secure service providers. Bank
\ndetails are not stored by Food&Good RESA.<\/p>\n

6 \u2013 Acceptance<\/h3>\n

\nBy confirming the reservation, the user accepts
\n:- the cancellation
\npolicy \u2013 the anti-no-show policy \u2013
\nany applicable fees<\/p>\n

7 \u2013 Applicable law and disputes<\/h3>\n

\nThese terms and conditions are governed by French law.
\nIn the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
\nIf no agreement can be reached, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Food&Good SAS at the time the dispute arises.<\/p>\n

REVIEW MODERATION POLICY<\/h2>\n

1. Objective<\/h3>\n

\nFood&Good wishes to guarantee authentic and useful reviews for users.
\nOnly people who have made a reservation may post a review.<\/p>\n

2. Publication rules<\/h3>\n

\nReviews must
\n:- be based on a real
\nexperience \u2013 be respectful
\n\u2013 not contain
\ninsults or defamatory comments \u2013 not contain advertising<\/p>\n

3. Moderation<\/h3>\n

\nFood&Good may
\n:- delete a review-
\nsuspend an account-
\nblock a user<\/p>\n

\nif the review
\n:- is false-
\nis abusive-
\nis fraudulent<\/p>\n

4. Restaurant's right of reply<\/h3>\n

Restaurants may respond publicly to reviews.<\/p>\n

5. Combating reservation abuse<\/h3>\n

In order to prevent abuse, Food&Good may:<\/p>\n

\n\u2013 limit simultaneous reservations
\n\u2013 suspend a user account
\n\u2013 block users with multiple no-shows<\/p>\n

6. Sanctions<\/h3>\n

\nIn the event of repeated abuse, Food&Good may
\n:-
\ndelete the user account \u2013 prevent access to the platform<\/p>\n

7. Applicable law and disputes<\/h3>\n

\nThese terms and conditions are governed by French law.
\nIn the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
