Our vineyard extends over 14 hectares, all of it in Appellation d'Origine Contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (AOC). The remarkable terroirs and exceptional microclimate of our region enable us to cultivate the full range of Alsace wines, including three Grands Crus (Eicheberg, Pfersigberg, Steinert), two Cr\u00e9mants (white and ros\u00e9), Vendanges Tardives and S\u00e9lections de Grains Nobles, all of which are vinified using rigorous methods that combine traditional methods with modern techniques, thus preserving the typical character of our house. Hand-harvested grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, vinification continues in a thermo-regulated stainless steel vat, and our wines are aged in almost century-old wooden tuns.
