This family-run business, rooted in tradition and innovation, has welcomed a prominent new member: self-taught chef St\u00e9phane Schober, who brings his unique and creative touch to the patisserie kitchens, after a 35-year career in the dining room.\n\nThe chef began his career alongside Mr. and Mrs. Schaetzel at L'Hostellerie des Ch\u00e2teaux in Ottrott, before joining chef Herv\u00e9 Paulus' team at L'Hostellerie Paulus in Landser. He later continued at Le Petit Prince restaurant with Laurent Haller in Habsheim, following him to Le 7e Continent in Rixheim. He then opened Le Petit Paris in Mulhouse, with team-mate chef Lo\u00efc Paugain, before moving on to P\u00e2tisserie Dany Husser, in Guebwiller, to offer sweet and savoury dishes.\n\nIn 2012, the family-run patisserie took another step forward by opening a store in Mulhouse.
