Tristan Weinling and Camille Besson have moved away from the city, but they and their team continue to take great care of their customers and the products they use. In addition to their local producers, they also have a small garden where they grow herbs and aromatic flowers, and compost their food waste.\n\u00c0 la carte, a unique 7-step menu explained at the time of tasting. This program of \"curiosities\" (adapted to suit diets and allergies) highlights Tristan's talents in the kitchen. The latter, originally from La R\u00e9union, doesn't hesitate to bring confidential products from his native island in his suitcases to include them in his dishes.
