Biodynamics is a choice based on respect for these terroirs: guaranteeing biodiversity by ploughing with horses, installing beehives, preserving nourishing fauna and flora, and creating large biodynamic islands.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Far beyond economic logic, V\u00e9ronique and Thomas take a very long-term view and protect intergenerational work: from the vines planted by their ancestors to those they plant for future generations.<\/p>","image":54532},{"title":"","text":"<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Terroirs <\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">The estate stretches between Rouffach and Soultzmatt. Set in marly limestone, the Clos Saint Landelin - of which the family has a monopoly - comprises 9 hectares of vines in the southern part of the Grand Cru Vorbourg. These wines are spherical, deep and ample.
