In 1998, #Gilbert #Holl invested in a former car garage, right in the heart of the vineyards, to produce his \"#HollBeer\" and make a malt mash that would enable him to distill the first Alsatian whisky.<\/p>\n
In 2015, #J\u00e9r\u00f4me #Schwartz continues this story with a new chapter: #Bra'V, la Brasserie du Vignoble. It takes root at the foot of the Grand Cru #Sch\u0153nenbourg, in #Riquewihr.<\/p>\n
This beer factory is appreciated for its magnificent #biergarten at the foot of the vineyards. La #Bra'V is also a bar and shop offering its range of beers on tap and bottled.<\/p>\n
After managing several restaurants, the challenge for #J\u00e9r\u00f4me #Schwartz was all found! Appreciating the socializing power of beer, he takes pleasure in passing on the values of sharing and conviviality of craft beer, and in perpetuating the precious know-how of the former owner.<\/p>\n
Building on its initial success, Brasserie du Vignoble is expanding, and opening a new production facility in #Ribeauvill\u00e9, a key town on the Alsace Wine Route, nestled in the heart of the Vignoble. And what could be better than tasting a freshly tapped beer, right where it's produced? And so the Bra'V Taproom project, #BaR\u00e0BraV sees the light of day in 2023. You can now find the emblematic beers of the Alsace vineyards in Ribeauvill\u00e9 too! To be enjoyed directly on site, or also available in the boutique. <\/p>\n
At the heart of the BaR\u00e0braV project is the desire to transform this brewing space into a genuine social and cultural venue. Every month, concerts are organized directly in the brewery, between the production tanks, or in the bar area. A number of local foodtrucks are also on hand to enhance the tasting experience for beer lovers. You can find all the events on the Bra'V calendar, or on the brewery's social networks. <\/p>\n
