In winter, vegetable products are limited. That's why the team prepares jars all year round to keep a menu full of flavors. The citrus fruits of Menton come to convey the local cuisine this season, and we rediscover in a singular way, the hunting products and fish of the Brittany coast, in measured quantities.\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"color_11 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Our cuisine is based on products from farmers here and abroad, but always mindful of current environmental issues.  <\/span><\/span><span class=\"color_11 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">We're off to meet them across Alsace and France, to tell you their story.  <\/span><\/span><span class=\"color_11 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Plants take pride of place in our creations.
