It is owned by the Guggenbuhl family. Chef Alexandre is the third generation in the kitchen! For the past six years, he has been breathing new life into the restaurant\u2019s classics, supported by a talented team.\r\n\r\nJean Philippe Guggenbuhl, Alexandre\u2019s father and former head chef at La Taverne, has stepped away from the stove to work in the dining room. Together with his dedicated team, he guides guests through a selection of 600 wines from all over France.\r\n\r\nThe decor is elegant and refined, just like the cuisine.
