This new chapter is led by a team of four professionals who share the same vision for their craft: Laurent Marlot and Maxime Oberl\u00e9 in the kitchen, and Emmanuelle and Jean-Baptiste Becker\u2014a couple serving as ma\u00eetre d\u2019h\u00f4tel and sommelier\u2014in the dining room.<\/p>\r\n
In a refreshed setting that remains true to the cozy spirit of a refined neighborhood restaurant, the establishment offers about ten tables featuring a modern take on classic cuisine\u2014generous and bursting with flavors\u2014showcased through a menu and a tasting menu with gourmet aspirations.
