We produce organic beers distributed as close as possible to the brewery, in the Yonne and Aube regions, to encourage short, local circuits. Our aim is to produce a local, organic product that encourages short circuits, exchanges and human relationships.\nIn this way, we hope to contribute to the dynamism of our beautiful Burgundy region, and to increase the already important artisanal offer in the Pays d'Othe.  Whenever possible, we work with suppliers as close as possible to our brewery.\nWe forge long-lasting, local partnerships, as we do for our packaging, the recycling of our spent grains, our labels...
