Located in Luxembourg, in the small town of Roeser, Ristorante Fani invites its guests on a delightful journey of the senses towards Italy. At the helm, Chef Roberto Fani (1* Michelin) reinvents Italian cuisine, creative and tasty.

Born in Terni, in the Umbria region, Roberto Fani owes his “taste” for cooking to his “mamma”. As a teenager, he joined the renowned hotel school in Spoleto where he cut his teeth and then decided to open his first restaurant at the age of 20.

A few years later and after having traveled the world studying, trying and especially tasting, it is in Luxembourg that Roberto and Simona, his wife, decide to put down their suitcase, to the delight of gourmets. In their establishment, Ristorante Fani, they welcome their guests in a sober atmosphere with warm colors and materials.

Every day, Roberto Fani reinvents one of the world’s most beloved cuisines, a tribute to his roots. Crowned with a star in the prestigious red guide one year after the opening of his restaurant, Roberto Fani was also elected Chef of the Year of the Gault Millau in 2019. A great reward for this talented and discreet chef.

For him, cooking is a real experience that is lived in every detail, from the kitchen to the atmosphere through the person and the setting of the place. In a constant dialogue between the richness of traditional Italian cuisine and today’s creativity, the Chef sublimates the flavors and awakens the taste buds of his guests.
