Located on the edge of the “Petite France” district, in the former National Stud Farm of Strasbourg built under Louis XV, the Brasserie Les Haras is today an essential address for lovers of refinement and gastronomy.
Dating from the middle of the 18th century, the complex constitutes a remarkable ensemble, whose facades, roofs, monumental portal and large stable, made in the classical tradition, have been classified as historical monuments since 1922.
In addition to the prestigious 4-star hotel and the Biocluster area, a chic brasserie opens its doors for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. The service is impeccable and smiling, and highlights the seasonal cuisine prepared by the chef and his team.

After major work completed in 2013, the historic buildings of the Haras de Strasbourg have regained all their splendor thanks to the architects Claude Denu and Christian Paradon for the structure of the building, and to the Jouin Manku agency, for this contemporary interior design. inspired by the equestrian world.
Several remarkable pieces have allowed the Haras to be rewarded for the place: the spectacular staircase which leads to the first floor and which is the central point of the brewery, the exceptional framework and the bare joists upstairs, the Yurt made of a leather frame that can be transformed into a private lounge, and the terrace overlooking the majestic inner courtyard paved with Rhine pebbles.
Each day, the carefully prepared culinary suggestions give you the choice, for example, between a seared arctic char fillet, parsnip mousseline, riquette coulis, beetroot crisps and a supreme of roasted yellow poultry, gremolata and Vendée mojettes with fine herbs tomato… alongside a classic, refined and inclusive menu – whether for vegetarians or children.
The Biocluster, the ideal conference center
The Biocluster is located in the former riding school of the Haras Nationaux. Spread over three levels and able to accommodate up to 250 people in an elegant and modern setting of 200 m2, it welcomes start-ups specializing in medical innovation and provides you with a unique space in the heart of Strasbourg to make your events, your conferences, your seminars, your cocktails and any unforgettable receptions.
