After studying management and his master’s degree in hand, Antoine Castillon decided to take the plunge into entrepreneurship. In 2017, he created his first establishment Le Cercle des Arômes rue Schongauer. More than a wine bar: a unique place with an incomparable atmosphere.

With more than 200 references of wines available you can taste in 12 cl and also in 6cl French wines of connoisseurs with estates from all regions and which have proven their worth. Let yourself be guided and come and discover the French wine terroir. All through customizable formulas to envy and for all budgets. The formulas are accompanied by charcuterie boards and cheeses from local and quality producers.
But it is above all the wines of Alsace that are in the spotlight and so much the better!

The Cercle des Aromas soon conjugates in the plural. With the opening of the new premises on Place Jeanne d’Arc, Antoine demonstrates that personalized wine tasting has a bright future ahead of it. Two places, one concept. Take a tour of Alsace with estates like Boch in Turckheim, Faller in Kaysersberg, Schoffit in Colmar, Rominger in Westhalten and Schoech in Ammerschwihr. Or France with wines from Burgundy, Rhône or Bordeaux.
