Young, talented and award-winning, Antoine Botter and Frédéric Voné surprise with stunning combinations of flavors and sublime food and wine pairings.

Inspired and award-winning chef, at 32, Antoine Botter has already built up his experience in starred European restaurants. He also won the Gold Medal Grand Prix of the Armand Weidman Trophy obtained at the Concours des Jeunes Cuisiniers in 2002, before being named Young Talent 2019 by Gault & Millau .

At L’Osmose, located not far from the historic center of Obernai, the chef renews the menu according to the seasons, local products and arrivals, building his dishes around products to be sublimated. Throughout the menus, you will discover creative and original marriages in an osmosis of tastes, such as lacquered veal sweetbreads, accompanied by a salad of pear, conté and mint or its famous Filet of Beef with Mussels. The Ceviche of Wild Hake, pomegranate, mango, shallot & mint oil or the combination of Australian Black Angus Beef and smoked eel tartare, capers & shallots, don’t look bad either!

And to pair the best wines with your dishes, let yourself be guided to the confines of a wine list of 300 references by the Master Sommelier Frédéric Voné, who has won several awards, who will know how to exalt your palate.
