A light and ready-to-eat dish, enhanced by the amazing flavors of black tea, grapefruit and guacamole. In agreement, treat yourself without breaking the bank, with an exceptional champagne by the glass, such as a Dom Pérignon or a Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle.
Among the chef’s latest winter creations: Langoustine carpaccio, yuzu, fresh cream & bisque candy, accompanied by a Riesling Grand Cru Rangen Clos Ste Théobald, Domaine Schoffit, on the advice of sommelier Godefroy Duchat. And the roasted back of venison, white radish tatin with Timut pepper, quince confit and blackcurrant mustard, enhanced by a Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Porets Saint-Georges, Domaine Chanson.
