Founded in 1871, the Kraetz bakery is the last artisanal and traditional bakery in the hyper center of Colmar.
Housed in a magnificent building, it is certainly the bakery most photographed by tourists because Claude pays particular attention to the decoration of its façade, as well as its desserts and pastries.
This is also the time to enter to discover the Christmas selection: the inevitable bredalas, but also the barawecka, the manalas, the pretzels and especially the kougelhopf of which Claude Kraetz is not a little proud because he obtained two gold medals of Alsace!
Moreover, throughout the month of December you will have the opportunity to taste a declination of 10 mini kougelhopfs each of them embellished with different flavors.
Claude will also be present at the Christmas market in a chalet located in the middle of Place Jeanne D’arc in which he will offer plenty of sweet and savory delicacies.
