A hotel that stands the test of time

Open since the end of last year, the Hotel LÉONOR takes its name from its rich history and one of its noble owners, the Governor General of Alsace and Marshal of France, Léonor Marie du Maine de Bourg (1655 – 1739). Four years were necessary for the renovation of this high place of Strasbourg which has crossed time and multiple embellishments since the fifteenth century. It has remarkable facades classified as historical monuments, dating from the eighteenth century on courtyard and nineteenth century on street.

The hotel LÉONOR has 116 rooms & suites, combining state-of-the-art decoration and a breathtaking view of the city. Come and discover this Strasbourg hotspot as soon as possible!

Hotel Leonor will leave you speechless

To regain their full splendour, the interiors have been redesigned by the architecture and design studio Jean-Philippe Nuel. Widely rewarded, it knows many achievements in high-end hotels and luxury interiors. (He is notably responsible for the renovation of the emblematic Molitor swimming pool and its spa in Paris.) For the well-being of its guests, the 116 rooms & suites of the LEONOR combine state-of-the-art decoration and breathtaking views of the city.

Succulent dishes but above all unique

Hotel Leonor combines restored heritage and modern comfort in total harmony with the human experience. The people of Strasbourg will find a new landmark to have a drink after work, come to dinner in good company or enjoy a pastry one afternoon. The pastry bar restaurant, with its unique culinary signature, welcomes guests at any time of the day, “from breakfast to the last cocktail of the night”, in the dining room, around the bar or on the magnificent tree-lined terrace.

Under the leadership of Nicolas Stamm Corby and Serge Schaal, the restaurant offers refined dishes that highlight the products of the region according to the seasons. The excellent two-star duo of La Fourchette des Ducs in Obernai, has imagined a menu “embodying the know-how of French cuisine and the richness of the Alsatian terroir”. Axelle and Mathias Stelter, the executive chefs, have also evolved among the best, such as Alain Ducasse, Olivier Nasti or Marc Haeberlin. As for the pastry chef, Matthieu Bray, his delicate and gourmet cakes are sometimes reminiscent of Alsace and often childhood.
