The Italian spirit in Guebwiller

At Ristorante Casa Dolce, the spirit of the old establishment, Le Jardin des Sens, still remains. The former owner, Christophe Uhmann, teamed up with Gianfranco Scalzitti and his childhood friend Arnaud Cassani, to create a new concept combining the DNA of the Jardin des Sens and the origins of the two friends. The Ristorante Casa Dolce has kept the team in place, like Chef Thomas, who now revisits traditional local dishes in an “Italian” version. The pasta is made on site thanks to a brand new machine that guarantees freshness and superior quality, and new pizzas, served on site or to take away, accommodate a fine selection of wines by Enoteca Divino.
