In the city center of Colmar, the wine bar “Au temps d’un verre” was first a conversion for Romuald Berthet. He finds in this establishment the ideal framework of expression for his desires for independence and sharing. According to him, wine is a pretext for exchange and conviviality. Discovering wines from Alsace, France and the end of the world, Romuald goes off the beaten track with forgotten varietal wines, wines obtained with innovative winemaking methods, while highlighting producers with respectable work ethic. His goal: to surprise, to please, but above all to create an emotion!
