Since January, the Auberge Au Vieux Pressoir du Domaine du Bollenberg has found its new chef: Martial Hoffner. He proved his creativity by offering his “snail Fleischnaka”.

The Auberge has existed for 65 years, it is accessible to all and offers gourmet and gourmet dishes. All the traditional recipes of the terroir are adapted to the seasons and its desires.

The hostel changes its menu every month and also creates a menu for holidays such as Easter or Christmas.

From April, the menu celebrates spring freshness with seasonal vegetables such as asparagus, radish, peas and bear garlic.
