Restaurant Anadolu offers a menu of traditional Turkish dishes to delight your taste buds. All documents attest to the fact that the Ottomans have always been finicky eaters, and Istanbul is said to have a “Pasha’s Belly”.

Located in the heart of Colmar, Restaurant Anadolu is first and foremost the dream of an Alsatian, Madeleine Desmoulis, in love with Turkey and its tasty, colorful dishes.

It’s then the story of his successor, Talat Gurbuz, a native of Turkey, who today pursues the same dreams and the same desire to introduce Turkish cuisine to those who wish to discover it.

In an oriental setting, decorated with Anatolian carpets, or on the terrace in summer, our Turkish cuisine gives pride of place to taste and fresh produce. Dishes made with humility and lots of love!
