April 2016 kauften C\u00e9line und Justin das Familienunternehmen und sind nun die dritte Generation.\n\nHinter dem Herd begann Justin im Alter von 15 Jahren eine Lehre im Vieux Porche in Eguisheim, die er mit einem CAP Cuisine abschloss. Er vervollst\u00e4ndigte seine Ausbildung mit einem CAP P\u00e2tissier bei Richon in Colmar. Er blieb zwei Jahre als Konditor. Im Jahr 2012 wechselte er ins Le P\u00e9ch\u00e9 Mignon in Kaysersberg, wo er zwei Jahre lang als Patissier arbeitete.
