Unsere Weinberge erstrecken sich \u00fcber 14 Hektar und sind mit einer kontrollierten Herkunftsbezeichnung (AOC) versehen. Die bemerkenswerten B\u00f6den und das au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Mikroklima, von denen unsere Region profitiert, erm\u00f6glichen den Anbau der gesamten Palette der els\u00e4ssischen Weine, drei Grands Crus (Eicheberg, Pfersigberg, Steinert), zwei Cr\u00e9mants (wei\u00df und ros\u00e9), Sp\u00e4tlesen sowie Selektionen edler Traubensorten. Die von Hand gelesenen Trauben werden in einer pneumatischen Presse gepresst, die Weinbereitung erfolgt in einem temperaturgesteuerten Edelstahltank und der Ausbau unserer Weine erfolgt in fast 100 Jahre alten Holzf\u00e4ssern.
