Er begann seine Ausbildung zum Chocolatier in der Chocolaterie Panel in Grigny und gr\u00fcndete seine erste Instagram-Seite, Frchocolatier, um seine Errungenschaften mit anderen zu teilen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"color_15 wixui-rich-text__text\">Im Laufe der Jahre ist Corentin um die ganze Welt gereist, um neue Schokoladenhorizonte zu entdecken, von Dubai \u00fcber Japan bis nach Brasilien. Schlie\u00dflich fand er seinen Traumjob an Bord von MSC-Kreuzfahrten, wo er drei Chocolaterien auf drei verschiedenen Schiffen leitete, die dem Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Jean-Philippe Maury, geh\u00f6rten. W\u00e4hrend der drei Jahre auf See bildete er Teams aus, verwaltete Lieferanten und Lagerbest\u00e4nde und kreierte zahlreiche kunstvolle Schokoladenst\u00fccke zum Thema Meer.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"color_15 wixui-rich-text__text\">Leider beendete die COVID-19-Pandemie Corentins Abenteuer als Chocolatier an Bord von Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Als er in seine Heimatstadt Wien zur\u00fcckkehrte, beschloss er, eine ambulante Cr\u00eaperie Chocolaterie auf einem Karren zu gr\u00fcnden, den er durch die Stadt bewegte. Er gr\u00fcndete die Instagram-Seite Mr Coco und seine Spezialit\u00e4t, ChocoTamar, wurde schnell ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg. Nach den neuen staatlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen aufgrund der Pandemie entschied er sich, seinen fahrenden Karren zu beenden und eine Online-Minischokoladenfabrik zu gr\u00fcnden.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"color_15 wixui-rich-text__text\">Im M\u00e4rz 2021 wird die erste Mr. Coco Boutique er\u00f6ffnet!
