Hier sind es nur vegane Gerichte, die die Men\u00fcs punktieren. Alles ist hausgemacht aus frischen Qualit\u00e4tsprodukten, meist biologisch und lokal. Die Leute kommen zum Mittag- oder Abendessen, um Gerichte zu probieren, die reich an Aromen sind, und sogar am Nachmittag, um eine Gourmet-Pause zu genie\u00dfen. Denn das Etablissement ist auch ber\u00fchmt f\u00fcr sein veganes Geb\u00e4ck (manchmal glutenfrei).
