Dort machte sie ihre ersten Schritte, lernte die Grundlagen des Handwerks und die Organisation einer K\u00fcchenbrigade. Innerhalb von f\u00fcnf Jahren stieg sie von der Auszubildenden zur Sous-Chefin auf \u2013 und lernte dort vor allem Anish Chourey kennen, der aus Indien stammt und ihr Lebensgef\u00e4hrte sowie ihr Partner in der K\u00fcche werden sollte.
